Delivery Info

Please add £4.95 p&p for each order. We aim to deliver to you within 7 – 10 working days subject to stock availability, should items not be in stock we would keep your order and dispatch to you as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged until items are dispatched. Please be aware that cheques will take longer for clearance if you need your goods quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be really happy with your goods.

Please check your items as soon as they arrive and advise of any damages or if the item is not as ordered and we will arrange a replacement.

If you wish to return for any reason, please return purchases in their original condition within 7 days from receipt of order for an exchange or refund. We cannot exchange or refund used or customer damaged items. Please include your name and address, telephone number and email address with reason for return.

whYoga cannot be responsible for items lost or broken in transit, therefore we ask you to send by registered or recorded mail.

Please note that whYoga will not pay for the cost of return postage.
